These two photographs are of a 1955 Chris Craft Cobra. The boat was purchased new (left over) in 1956. These photographs were taken in August of 1956. This boat was used on Raystown river , Where the Raystown Resivor is now located. The boat was used from 1956-1967. It has been stored inside since then.
Peter & Kathryn Vesely in their 1940 Century Sea Maid Model 53. This photograph was taken in the mid 1940s. Peter traded in this boat on a 1948 Century Seamaid 17.5' in 1949. Joe the son of Peter & Kathryn still owns and runs the '48 on Cheat Lake.

This boat is 'Old Glory' one of the boats that raced with 'Liberty the Second' this photo is dated approximately 1 year after 'Liberty the Second'sunk. It is also reported that this boat sunk after colliding with another boat. Back reads in handwriting, " 'Old Glory' speed boat owned by Mr. Geo. J. Huber, Akron, O. On Turkeyfoot Lake.
