As the boat arrived in the shop.
Appears to be a very good original boat. The boat only has 179 hours. The problem is animals built a nest under the front deck. The droppings caused rot in the foorfoot and stem. as well as frame 1 and 2.

Just about ready to roll over.

The main problem area after the planking has been removed.
All bottom planking removed.

All bottom framework removed.
Some new framework installed.
Bow framework pretty much back together.
