And we also had a fiberglass tag-along, Ron Pitzer came along in his boat Dawna Raye.

We started out with 10 wood boats 1 fiber glass. We went down the Beaver River where we had one wood boat casualty. Two others decided to head back due to the rough rivers. The rough rivers only lasted to the first lock. After going through the Montgomry Lock it was smooth sailing the rest of the trip
We had Lunch at Seamore Ducks restruant in Tronto OH, then returned up river.

We had a casualty, xx had and over heating problem with his 1958 Chris Craft Sportsman. This was just as we got to the Ohio River. Ron Pitzer towed him back to the dock. Then they came back and cought up to us.

We went through Montgomery Locks at dusk. The final leg of the run was after dark.
