2000 Pittsburgh Boat Show

In February the Allegheny Chapter, was invited and had a display of six boats at the Pittsburgh Boat Show at the David L. Lawerence Convention Center. Chapter members who had there boats on display were Blaine & April Koehler, with a 1955 Chris Craft, Sportsman 17', Charles Niceley with a 1958 Chris Craft Sportsman 17', Charles & Ellen Wallace with a 1948 Chris Craft Special Runabout 16', Frank & Trudi Miklos with a 1947 Century Seamaid 17.5', Chuck & Mary Miklos with a 1960 Century Arabian 19', John & Helen Patrick with a 1965 Chris Craft Super Sport 18', and Tom Shannor had a display of around ten vintage outboard engines of all shapes and sizes.

Hundreds of people stopped at the booth to see the vintage boat display.

The Chapter gained a number of new members through this show, we welcome them all.
